Best Western Täby Park Hotel and Conference is a complete conference center with several facilities which can be adapted to your unique requirements.

Conference center


Our large conference center consists of nine conference rooms with an additional 13 meeting/group rooms. Our conference reception is continuously staffed and there is always freshly stocked fruit, juice and a coffee-bar. A business room with a computer, fax and printer is also available.

All rooms are equipped with a white-board, OH projector, TV/Video and a projector screen. In Smaragd you'll also find a stage, PA/Sound system with microphones and a PC/Video projector (possible to rent for all other rooms). And of course we have comfortable chairs, good acoustics and 3-step ventilation.

The conference center also has large high-ceiling common areas which can bee used for displays, workshops or other activities. Upstairs on the 7th floor, there are 13 group rooms for 2-10 people.

As conference guests you also have access to two large terraces with great views.









 

Auditorium


Our big auditorium is perfect for shareholder meetings, corporate events, conferences, presentations and performances. In close proximity to the the auditorium there is a large 4570 sq ft exhibition hall where food can be served.

The auditorium is equipped with modern audio-visual media technology and professional lightning. Everything is controlled by a touch-sensitive pad on the stage.

Penthouse

The elegant two-level penthouse is the perfect setting for private and exclusive conferences, board meetings, cocktail parties, presentations or private dinners.

On the upper level you'll find a conference table with seating for up to 20 people. Coffee, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed on the lower level where you'll also find a comfortable lounge area.

A large terrace, with a great view, is the perfect setting for a coffee break or a drink before dinner.

Exhibition hall

The 4570 sq ft exhibition hall is only limited by your imagination. During the years we've hosted such varying events as horse auctions, computer expos, car shows, cat shows, aerobic conventions and dance performances.

The facility is also perfect for large theme dinners or other parties.
