In and around Täby Park Hotel there are many things to do if you have an hour or two to spare. Talk a walk in our beautiful surroundings, play some golf, go shopping in Täby Centrum or take a trip into Stockholm City.

 Massage. Complete relaxation! Improve your blood circulation, sleep better and increase your sense of well-being. We offer classic massage techniques in 25 or 50 minute sessions. We also provide a 50 minute spa massage.
Spa treatments. We are one of the first hotels in Sweden to offer the Secrets of Paradise spa products, including chocolate and grape body treatments. We also provide body scrubs, foot treatments, facials and waxing.

 The Gym can be found right next to our big exercise room on the ground floor. It is operated by Täby Rehab and you'll also find changing rooms including showers and a sauna.

 Only a few hundred meters from the hotel you'll find the Ensta Krog recreation area with several running tracks, including a 2.5 km (3.1 mi) lighted track. Or take a nice walk and just enjoy yourself.

 Chill-out in Täby Park's sauna and relax area. There are changing rooms and towels available right next to the sauna, so just go down and enjoy the steam.
Admission is free for all hotel guests.

 Want to spend some time at the races? You might even bet on a winning horse and make some money! Races usually occur on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays but also on some Tuesdays.
